2015 Attendance Options:
We love how so many people are enthused about Pilates, and with good reason, too. It doesn’t take long to start seeing results, it helps with a whole host of injuries and issues, and is a great form of exercise for those who don’t like or are unable to go to the gym. We love it when our classes are full and the most people possible are seeing the benefits of Pilates. However, we realize that weekly class attendance can be a challenge for those with busy lives.
If you are struggling to get to class regularly but still want to do Pilates, or even would like to sometimes do an extra class each week, did you know we have a casual call list? This means that we will call you whenever a casual spot opens up in a class you have nominated. This is a good way to do Pilates without a weekly commitment. Our front desk team can add your name for casual calls.
Do you just want to just try Pilates for a while? Or maybe you are someone who is motivated to do exercise at home? Commit to a 6 week block of classes, learn some great fundamentals and take home a personal exercise plan to do at home. Let us know if this is the right option for you!
IMPORTANT! Each time you arrive at your class, our front desk staff will confirm your bookings for the next 2 weeks. If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please give us notice so we can fill your spot with someone from the reserve list.
