Balance & Falls Prevention
Physique is now offering Balance and Gentle Exercise Classes that are different to other exercise programs. These classes have two primary goals: falls and injury prevention and general fitness for people whom gym workouts or other fitness programs are too strenuous for. These programs are individually tailored to meet your specific needs and the classes are conducted by a qualified physiotherapist instructor.
