Pilates

This class is specifically designed to strengthen core stability, correct posture and improve flexibility. You will be amazed at how quickly most people real, solid changes in their strength, posture and relief of pain from other issues.

Physique’s Pilates classes are small, individually tailored and are progressed in difficulty as your fitness levels increase. This means you will always be challenged, but never to the point of risking injury or flare ups of old conditions. Before you start you will have a very Pilates specific personal assessment of your physical strengths and challenges, so your instructor will have a base point to work with and an indication of what exercises are best for you.

All classes are taught by a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor and are available for health fund rebates.
